Adults are person or animal who has attained complete growth.The biological definition of the word means the animal has reached sexual maturity and thus capable of reproduction. Within the human realm, adults refer to the social and legal aspects. In contrast to "minor" as well as "non-adult" legally-aged adult is an individual that has reached the age of majority. They are thought to be competent, responsible and independent. It is the time to complete physical development when we enter the early years of adulthood (20-40s), although your weight and height could increase slightly. In young adulthood the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their highest which includes the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed, sensory abilities, and cardiac functioning.
